PSP gets 3.80 firmware update on December 18: support for audio streaming
If you do not live in Japan you are going to be upset if you are a Sony PSP owner as they are about to get 3.80 firmware update which will be ready for download on December 18. According to Playstation.com There are a number of enhancements with the main one being support for audio streaming.

Some of the other features for the PSP 3.80 firmware update are as follows:
PlayStation Spot now available at BB Mobile Point (Japan only)
PSP-2000 owners with 1Seg tuners can use an EPG to schedule Japanese mobile television recordings
RSS now supports OPML and pictures
Streaming Internet Radio player
Together that makes for a decent point update for the holidays, eh?
