Alki David Withdrawns Interest in Coventry

Alki David has claimed that the Coventry team are “falling apart” and has withdrawn any interest shown in purchasing the club. After a study of the club’s finances he has decided to withdraw any interest, the club are around £38 million in debt.
“After looking through the finances and seeing the numbers, the club is falling apart” David comments to PA Sport. “The debt does not tally. Good luck to whoever takes them on.”
A deal must be made by the deadline which is on Thursday or enter into administration and also incur a 10 point deduction.
