CineLive, the French magazine have posted new images of both Christian Bale as Batman in the upcoming sequel The Dark Knight and the new international poster for Iron Man. Both superheroes are looking really good. Who do you prefer – Iron Man or Batman?
The Dark Knight is one of the most hotly anticipated superhero movies of 2008. With recent reports saying that Heath Ledger is the best Joker yet, it seems the movie is set to promise us a never-seen-before Batman experience. Check out the picture below.
Now it’s Iron Man’s turn. The film has got some great buzz surrounding it and the trailers are looking very cool. Will Iron Man become one of our favourite Superheroes of all time? Judging by the poster, I think it’s pretty likely.
Iron Man hits theatres on May 2nd, with Batman swooping in on July 18th.

Iron Man looks amazing, as a long time fan I have been waiting for this movie since I was a kid. For them to get the Armor so right from the start, just shows that the people behind it care about the character and the fans.
They really aren’t promosing us anything new with Batman because they are doing the Joker again, and setting up for a future plotline with Harvey “Two-face” Dent. Both of these villains have been done before and quite well. I like Batman, and I haven’t really been all that impressed with any of the films, Begins was the best, but with the constant changes to the batsuits and actors has always been a sticking point for me as a fan.
Iron Man has really set itself up for a good run, Robert Downey Jr was perfectly cast as Tony Stark. Who is one of the most complex characters in any comic book. RDJ should be handle to all of the quirks of the character, and with Terrance Howard playing James “Rhodey” Rhodes. This movie is gonna rock so hard.
I think Iron Man set to take the world by storm in 2008.
The iron man trailer looked awesome, but I’ll make my decision after I see the new dark knight trailer
