There is now a possibility that Wes Brown will be leaving Manchester United when the season ends as he has presently rejected the latest contract offer from the club. It is reported that he has said the offer made by Manchester United was not acceptable and refused to sign the new contract.
Brown is left with the decision to take the offer as Manager, Sir Alex Ferguson and Chief Executive, David Gill will not be making any more money available to enhance the offer.
“We have had several meetings with Wes’ agent but they have rejected our last offer,” confirmed Ferguson. “It is a good offer but it is our final one. That is the end of it now and we won’t be going back.”
