Touch Panel Patents
It’s seems like there are new patent infringement cases every month these days and again we have another which engadget are reporting involves Dell and Motion Computing and their apparent continued violation of the patents.

It is claimed that Motion Computing and Round Rock powerhouse are being sued for “willful infringement on Typhoon Touch Technologies / Nova Mobility Systems touch panel patents”.

Although currently we cannot see any specific products being blamed, it is more directed at technology that is included in PDAs, UMPCs, handheld PCs, slate PCs and tablet PCs.
