Mission Impossible Madeleine McCann Case: inconclusive evidence

The problem is the Police in Portugal have been gathering the evidence but it always seems to come up inconclusive, and you have to start asking yourself “why is this.” So does the problem lie with the Police or with the Forensic Team who are gathering the evidence.
The Daily Telegraph think the same and have decided to dig a little deeper to see if they can find an answer as to why the evidence keeps coming up inconclusive.
