GE Microwave Recall: danger of an overheating door
If you are the owner of a GE Microwave Oven then you should be aware that there is a recall on some of their models, the reason for the recall is that there is a danger that the door is overheating. General Electric has announced that about 92,000 of their microwave ovens will be affected by this recall and also include their conventional wall ovens as well.

If you are the owner of one of these then GE advise that you stop using them and consult with either them or The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. The reason for the recall is that the door switch can overheat and this will cause the plastic to ignite which poses a fire hazard.

There have been reports of at least 35 incidents, some of which has caused damages to customer’s properties. For more information Click Here
