First Look: Matthew Fox as Racer X in Speed Racer

Entertainment Tonight have managed to snag a first look at Matthew Fox as the mysterious Racer X in Speed Racer. The television show recently took a trip to the set of the Wachowski Brother’s movie.

The film follows the story of a boy (Emile Hirsch) who aspires to be the world’s greatest car racer ever… and there’s a chimp too!

The footage from Fox shows that the movie version of Racer X is a little different to the cartoon version. The white costume is out, and has been replaced with a little black rubber number - this is Speed X right? Fox haven’t walked on the wrong set have they!?
