Mass Effect Glitches: upside down game screen

Why do some gamers feel the need to cut another gamer down for finding a glitch in a game, in this case the amazing Mass Effect?
The game is undoubtedly very good, but it is full of glitches like the one in the video below that shows an upside down game screen from Mass Effect.
This is what the gamer that made this had to say “Was driving the Mako in Mass Effect when my vehicle hit some debris and my camera bugged out. My whole game screen was then flipped upside down; except for the HUD- ha-ha check it out!”
Mass Effect has lots of glitches but it’s still a great game, have you experienced any?
