Klausner Technologies to sue Apple and AT&T over Visual Voicemail feature on iPhone
As if the Apple iPhone is not already getting enough attention, the best selling handset is about to get some more but not in the good way. Klausner Technologies are to sue both Apple and AT&T over their visual voicemail feature, and state that it is a patent infringement.

Klausner Technologies are making claims that AT&T and Apple has violated two of the company’s patents, the feature allows for users to selectively retrieve their voicemail messages via the inbox display on the iPhone. According to appleinsider.com Apple are reporting that Klausner are seeking both damages and royalties in the region of $360m.
