As we all know this time of year can be a nightmare because it’s Christmas and that means more toys for your kids but where do you put them all?
Children up and down the country are fine-tuning their Christmas lists and looking to add more toys to their bedrooms.
Research has said that the average child in Britain now owns around £1,720 worth of goods in their room which is said to be 7% up on last year.
According to Lloyds TSB Insurance’s study 90% of parents say that they are planning to spend up to £500 on presents for their kids this Christmas.
Phil Loney who is the managing director of Lloyds TSB Insurance said that “Behind closed doors kids’ bedrooms are turning into Aladdin’s Caves of toys and technology.
And their value is only going to increase this Christmas as parents splash out on the latest must-have toys.”
I don’t know about you but every year I clear out my kid’s bedrooms of any old toys and gadgets that are no longer used to make room for more things just before Christmas.
