103 year old Rolls Royce Sells For £3.5 Million

The world’s oldest Rolls-Royce went up for auction recently with estimates of it selling for around £1 million. The two-seater motor, built back in 1904 exceeded all expectations when frenzies bidding gave the car a new price tag of £3,521,500!

The sum was the highest amount ever paid for a car in the veteran class. It’s hard to believe that after one hundred and three years the car still runs!

Would you pay £3.5 million for a car which is 103 years old?
