UK Launch Feature Packed Venturer SHD7001 HD DVD Player

The $200 bargain HD DVD player is now coming to the UK, the feature packed Venturer SHD7001 will be priced at around £199, not as cheap as the US one but still a great deal.

The Venturer SHD7001 features Dolby TrueHD (5.1 channel) sound, 1080i video output via a HDMI connection, DVD upscaling and an Ethernet connection for HD DVD’s interactive features.

The SHD7001 will be bundled with a £50.00 package as standard; this package includes a HDMI cable and two HD DVDs (Troy and Hulk).

If you’re after this HD DVD player then you will have to visit QVC TV Home Shopping Channel as it will be sold exclusively from the 29th December.
