Students in California’s Fresno Unified school district to get 1,000 Asus Eee PCs

According to fresnobee.com the students will be able to use these new Asus Eee PCs while still uses their normal textbooks while at school, by using these small notebooks the students are able to create digital portfolio of their essays or even their drawings. About 60 classrooms will have the opportunity to use these small computers, students will have to share them with other classmates, but some worry that it could slow the learning process down.
