Kelly Brook’s Father Has Died

It has been reported that Strictly Come Dancing competitor Kelly Brook’s future has been put in jeopardy after her father died Monday night following a long battle with cancer aged 57.

Kelly’s dad Ken Parsons passed away at the family home in Rochester, Kent just days after celebrating his daughter’s birthday.

A source has said that “Kelly, her mum Sandra and the rest of the family are devastated. Kenneth was very ill for a long time. At the moment Kelly is considering whether to perform on Saturday night’s show.”

Kelly’s spokesman said that “Kelly would like to take this opportunity to thank the media for respecting her family’s privacy over this personal matter during recent weeks and asks that they continue to do at this difficult time. Kelly will continue to honour her work commitments to the best of her abilities as her father would have wanted.”
