Hicom-Chevrolet Sdn Bhd has given the people of Malaysia some good news; they are to get the Chevrolet Captiva. There are to be a number of models of this sexy SUV, which I have to say does look a little like the Audi Q7. There are to be four configurations of this Sports Utility Vehicle, 2WD petrol, 4WD petrol, a 2WD diesel and a 4WD diesel.

The petrol versions will have a 2.4 liter 4-cylinder engine and will produce 136 horsepower, however the diesel engines is a 2.0 liter turbocharged power unit and will produce 150hp. Both the diesel and petrol come with 5-speed automatic transmission and also Tiptronic.

Pricing for the 2WD models start from RM138,000 while the price for a top spec 4WD version will cost RM155,000. For more details visit paultan.org.
