Power Bolt Y-Frame and Ultimate Y-Frame Adjustable Pitchbacks Recall
Hierarch Enterprises Co and The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission have issued a voluntary recall for both the Power Bolt Y-Frame and Ultimate Y-Frame Adjustable Pitchbacks. The reason for the recall is that the upper portion of the frame could collapse once the locking pins are removed, this could result in a laceration.

Around 57,000 of the Power Bolt Y-Frame Pitchback and Y-Frame Ultimate Pitchback are affected by this recall. These products were sold at Dick’s Sporting Goods retail stores, the Power Bolt Y-Frame Pitchback that had been sold from November 2002 to July 2007 are affected, and the Power Bolt Y-Frame Ultimate Pitchback that was sold from February 2005 to July 2007 are also affected.
