Meijer Inc. Grand Gourmet Firepits recall: due to Fire Hazard

Meijer Inc. and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission have issued a voluntary recall of the Grand Gourmet Firepits, consumers are asked to stop using the product as it has a potential fire hazard. The legs on the firepit can either bend or even snap off which as a result becomes a fire hazard.

Over 6,000 products are affected by this recall, Meijer Inc. has received reports of two incidents where the legs buckled, and thankfully there were no reports of any injuries.
