We do not know how widespread the issue with the Apple iPhone is, but many users in the UK have complained about how their new handset loses reception. I only know one person with the iPhone and thats my Cuz Dan, he said that he has no issue with his iPhone and that all is well, the lucky git.
However he is only one person and many other O2 users who have the Apple iPhone are not so lucky, many have complained that they get no service while other O2 users in the room with a different handset gets a signal. According to informationweek.com Apple’s UK support forum is being inundated with reports of this no service issue, many users have had their iPhone replaced and the new handsets do not suffer with the issue, so it must be down to certain handsets.
Apple is working hard to try and rectify this problem and as we said is replacing faulty handsets, so you have to take your hat off to them for that.
Are you having any reception issues with your Apple iPhone?
