Which Console Will Win The 2007 Holiday Sales, Nintendo Wii, Sony PlayStation 3 Or Microsoft Xbox 360?

We all know it’s been hard to try and find a Nintendo Wii here in England, and it’s unlikely that there will be enough in stock to meet with the Christmas demand, but does this mean that the Wii will win the 2007 Holiday sales? What about the PlayStation 3 or the Xbox 360?

The analyst talk currently suggests that there are only really two consoles in the race - the Nintendo Wii and the Sony PlayStation 3. Surely it’s not over for the Xbox 360? Microsoft’s Xbox 360 has had a year’s head start, offers excellent online service and an impressive library of games. In my opinion, the Xbox 360 is still a contender.

Although, not everyone is totally disregarding the Xbox 360’s charm. Down in Australia, their console of choice to put in their beach house for Christmas 2007 is the Xbox 360. Although the Australian sales wouldn’t really make much of a dent, it still shows that the Xbox 360’s chances are not completely dead and buried yet.
