Michael Vick: NFL superstar and life behind bars
Michael Vick the former NFL superstar has handed himself over to the US marshals to start his sentence which is in relation to his role in a dog fighting conspiracy. Vick who used to play for the Atlanta Falcons decided that he will begin serving his sentence before Henry Hudson; the judge imposes the punishment on the once great National Football League star.

Michael Vick from the start has accepted responsibility for his role in the dog fighting conspiracy, and his attorney says that this self-surrender demonstrates that all the more. According to afp.google.com, Vick could face up to five years in prison, but this could be reduced to 12 to 18 months.
