Will voting for Ron Paul make America great once again?
Over the past few years America seems to have lost its way in the world, many have thought that as a country the US has thought they are the centre of the world which is due to the politicians and this has been made worse when George Bush became President. Many fans of Ron Paul hope that by voting for him and making him President will help to make America great like they once were.

I am sitting on the fence on this one; it is just hard to imagine that just one person can help turn America into a country that people across the world can respect once more. I do not want to cause an argument here, the people of America are some of the nicest people you could ever meet, and it is just the politicians of the country who spoil it.

One man called Bill Alleman, Weare who writes for cmonitor.com, is asking for people to vote for Ron Paul and help take America back. Do you think that Ron Paul is the savior for the U.S?

  1. Liberty for all: truth and wisdom.

Ron Paul is an “individual” who explains that the original intent of The U. S. Constitution is the “Balance of Power” which limits oppressive governmental control of the populace.

The remarkable Governmental changes that will occur with a Ron Paul Presidency will be watched for its viability worldwide. Elitist governments may lost their luster.

The end of the U.S. pervasive military footprint overseas would generously return a worldwide freedom not experienced in 3 generations.

The “Peace Dividend” could be accomplished with “investment in” not “influence over” other nations.

Thank you for this opportunity to express an opinion.

There are many things that Ron Paul could do immediately after taking office that could help “Save” the USA. Bringing the troops home and closing bases that are currently sprinkled all over the world would make a huge, positive difference as soon as it’s implemented.

  3. Win or lose… the fight to restore the Republic is on. Hopefully the hopes and dreams and ACTIONS of all his supporters are just the beginning. I have never see such creativity that has erupted from THE PEOPLE.

Many people are moving to NH, the Free State, in the hopes of turning at least one state around.

Of course one person cannot make a difference. However, that one person along with the hundreds of thousands of us that would follow him have the power to reshape a nation.

    And we will.

The world is watching while scum politicians in this country make a mockery of our democracy. How can we set an example to the world and preach democracy to other nations when our government is undermining democracy in our own country? All while the world is watching!

Our rights and liberty are being infringed upon by the government. The middle class is taking it up the rear financially. Our politicians are in bed with special interest groups and the corporate elite making themselves and the rich richer while the poor gets taxed, inflation, and debt which cause families to suffer.

The one decent and honest politician that truly wants to serve the people and not special interest is labeled a kook or crazy. The mainstream media is now comparing his supporters to terrorist. I could only imagine what intelligent people of other nations must be thinking while they watch our government’s war on liberty and freedom in the United States against it’s own citizens.

Ron Paul 2008. Live free or die.

Ron Paul speaks the truth and people respond in a way that many in the media just don’t understand. They tell us that Ron Paul is a “long shot” candidate.

In fact Ron Paul dominates in Straw Polls, Debate Polls, Fund Raising, Web Traffic and Grass Roots Networking. Ron Paul is a “top tier” candidate and I have created a website to present this evidence.

If one person cannot make a difference then people like Ghandi, Martin Luther King, Malcolm X and Bobby Kennedy do not matter to us either. These great men were also ridiculed and persecuted by the media, government and pundits because their ideas were so radical. Now along comes Paul, not with new radical; ideas, but the very ideals that our nation was founded on, and he is ridiculed and smeared. The more they smear him, the more they show their fear and the more I want to vote for Ron Paul.

If not Ron Paul then who will bring America back to its constitutional foundation. And if not America who will hold high the light of Liberty for this world.

It is not for America that Ron Paul needs to be elected. It is for the rest of the world he has to be president.

  9. Julian says:

Its my personal feeling that he’d be a great place to start.

Ron Paul isnt some kind of messiah or superhero who will swoop in and save the country. He has emphasized that himself numerous times…in addition to the notion that America doesnt NEED a “hero” or a “savior;” they need only to be reminded of the MESSAGE and core values (not religious, but patriotic) that made America great in the first place and consider that we may have moved FAR away from it as supposedly free people.

Its not so much that Paul’s supporters think he would “fix everything,” but that a strong showing (or a win) by his campaign is showing and will show that the TRULY silent majority in America is fed up with what we’ve been getting, we dont believe the lies we’re being told, we want REAL change rather than just another died-in-the-wool powermongering establishment leech like Clinton using it as a slogan, and we want real freedom in the form of long-neglected issues like the federal reserve and the drug war and global policing being seriously revisited/reconsidered/perhaps eliminated.

When someone like Paul who believes in these points gets huge showings of support and if they get elected to office, it gives those opinions and viewpoints a foothold- broadening the sociopolitical dialogue and enabling those who profess similar ideas to have a legitimate shot at political success.

If Bush can pull America down, I don’t see why Ron Paul can’t pull her up?
