Will voting for Ron Paul make America great once again?
Over the past few years America seems to have lost its way in the world, many have thought that as a country the US has thought they are the centre of the world which is due to the politicians and this has been made worse when George Bush became President. Many fans of Ron Paul hope that by voting for him and making him President will help to make America great like they once were.

I am sitting on the fence on this one; it is just hard to imagine that just one person can help turn America into a country that people across the world can respect once more. I do not want to cause an argument here, the people of America are some of the nicest people you could ever meet, and it is just the politicians of the country who spoil it.

One man called Bill Alleman, Weare who writes for cmonitor.com, is asking for people to vote for Ron Paul and help take America back. Do you think that Ron Paul is the savior for the U.S?

I like to think he’ll be the one to bring the country back to its respectable origins… but regardless, why not give it a shot? If not Ron Paul, then who?

  2. TheOneLaw says:

It is not about making America ‘great’ “again”.

Electing Ron Paul is all about restoring the Constitution as the basis for how the American government is run. If this fails then America will become a vast prison.

It’s certainly a step in the right direction. I temper expectations for dramatic quick change but I believe this will inspire more of the right people included in government.
Currently, access is limited to the puppets with special interest backing. That’s just plain wrong. This is the critical first step. We need to do this!
I agree with Scott. Who? More of the same? I don’t see much of a difference between what we have now and anyone else on either side. I think this group is more concerned about being president than doing something good. They will say anything now.

” it is just hard to imagine that just one person can help turn America into a country that people across the world can respect once more.”

That’s an assinine statement. We are talking about a movement that’s attracting hundreds of new people a day who willing to do more than vote. The scum of DC will get weeded out with a relentless attack from the people.

Self evident. The great Ron Paul movement will also naturally extend throughout the world. See http://www.whowouldtheworldelect.com for a sample of things to come.

He is a very good start. As they say, a journey of a thousand miles begins with that first step. I appreciate your willingness to encourage reasonable debate about it here. I just read part of an article at American “Stinker” that was an embarassing piece of yellow journalism. I appreciate the fact that you choose to tend to your stewardship responsibilities here at this web site in a much more constructive way.

  7. Keith says:

The bottom line agree with him or not is the fact that Ron Paul is honest. I’ll take honesty and integrity and a restoration of liberty and the Constitution NOW! Vote Ron Paul please. Register republican if neccessary and vote in the primaries.

Great comments so far, and I also thank the author. No president can act alone, but can have strong influence. We need to turn the Titanic around before it hits the iceberg. It’s almost too late, but Captain Paul could do it. The others, R & D, are all the same, with no significant difference that will make any substantial change.

    Thanks again!

You just answered your own question:
“the people of America are some of the nicest people you could ever meet, and it is just the politicians of the country who spoil it”

Exactly. Replace the “top politician”, — and you’ve got a chance. Do nothing, — and watch the descent on this scary and slippery downward spiral…

  10. Mark M says:

I don’t think Ron Paul is the savior in and of himself. But rather he is a rallying point. By electing him president, the peoples voice concerning these things that sour America will be heard loud and clear. It’s the people that ultimately need to and will save America.
