LG.Philips Has Developed Dirt-Resistant Screen
It has been reported that LG.Philips has developed a new kind of LCD panel that will stop you getting grubby marks on your computer screens.

As we all know there are a number of different coatings on the market that are said to prevent grubby marks on our computer screens and TVs but they don’t always work.

So rather than add another, extra screen layer which is what the other do LG.Philips have said that they have come up with a simpler and cheaper solution, and is said to be similar to that used on non-stick frying pans.

The prototype is a notebook-sized 15.4-inch screen which is said to be so resistant to dirt that dust, fingerprints and even permanent ink can easily be wiped off.

Is this hard to believe well you will soon be able to try it out because the production will start in 2008.

What do you think?

Do you think that this will work?
