Ron Paul made mark
The AFP has said that Ron Paul “has made his mark as the most radical and unorthodox” which might be one reason why the presidential candidates see him as such a threat.

Although every presidential candidate will have different political views and ones they hope will be related with the most of the U.S. population to get them to the job of president, it is very true that Ron Paul is radical (and that’s what’s needed…CHANGE).

Do you agree with their view that the Republican Ron Paul will “almost certainly not be the next president of the United States”?

As time goes by, questions such as yours are becoming less commital in their format; yours asking, “almost certainly”. My answer is no.

Sad commentary when an honorable statesman that wants to obey the rule of law and follow the constitution and restore civil liberties and avert financial ruin and avoid world war III is pegged “most radical and unorthodox” candidate. Doesn’t say much for the “normal” candidates.

Since he is exactly what our ailing nation needs, I pray he certainly will become the next president of the United States!

He has a serious chance of becoming the next President!
The controlled press thinks that they can use language to manipulate the population; “Long shot”, “fringe”, “radical”… But Americans are waking up, at last. He is none of these things nor are his supporters. All one has to do is read his writings, listen to his speeches and then you know you have been lied to by the press.
Ron Paul will be heard and the American people are not being manipulated by the press, anymore.
    Hope…
If anything is a long shot it is the power structures that be, for now. It is over for them.
The Ron Paul crowd will make sure he is heard and that people become more aware and educated.
Time for the AFP to wake up too.

Brad, Brad, Brad, must you be so obstinately abnormal. People who want to be taken seriously do not begin every word with a capital letter.

It’s up to Ron Paul supporters to lend credibility. Let’s face it, numbers and money are the only way that articles on Ron Paul aren’t going to lead with statements that are dismissive.Boston Tea Party - The revolution is brewing.

If the media were unbiased, he would have a chance. But when you consider that in a two week time period his named was brought up about 4000 times on tv. compared to say McCain whose name was brought up 94,000 times. Dr. Paul has more money and seemingly more support from citizens when you consider the showing at his appearances than McCain. But the media seems to push certain candidates out of the light. Not just Dr. Paul, any candidate without the name Romney, Guiliani, McCain, or Thompson. Same goes for the Dem candidates. If the story doesn’t include Clinton it isn’t worth air time in the medias eyes. They decided a long time ago that they wanted a match between Clinton and Guiliani. Peace prosperity and liberty doesn’t make for exciting news.

“barry b.”, I couldn’t have said it better. In the game where money, power, media and (other) crooks determine the outcome of the elections (not to mention the ignorant brainwashed public), Ron Paul stands no chance. Ignorance is bliss, money talks.

Anyone who trusts democracy and sanity over money & power must be living on another planet.

Like jusdivinum, I wholeheartedly support Ron Paul. However, I repudiate jusdivinum’s repeated reference to Zionism. It makes the reader wonder if Ron Paul, beneath his gentlemanly demeanor, is actually a hate-filled kook. I know there are a great many conspiracy theories out there but when you attach them to your support of a candidate it harms rather than helps the candidate. Let’s think about how we come across.

  10. Solomon says:

People are so quick to judge and criticize Ron Paul, but no one bothers to explain what is so good about other candidates? What are the issues you agree with them on so strongly that you would vote for them? Most of the candidates in both traveling circuses are plain scary to me. After all, why would any of them be in favor of any change at all? It is the current state of affairs that keeps them in power. Just look at their major contributors and whose interests they really represent. Certainly not yours or mine.
