There is not a lot of information on the company or how the device works, but if they do get the miShare unit off the mark then it could be the next hot thing and it is said to be in production in China at the moment.

The idea of the miShare is pretty simple, it is a little device which has dock connectors on either end, which allows for file transfers from iPod to iPod, there have been similar devices on the market for USB drives, but for the iPod this is a new concept.

There’s word on when the miShare will be available but were hoping that everyone will be able to enjoy swapping tracks soon, for more information go to engadget.
