TomTom and Garmin Dispute: UK, Netherlands, Wisconsin & Texas

The intellectual property dispute that spanned Texas, Wisconsin, The Netherlands and the UK between TomTom and Garmin is over.

Although we have no real details on the courts rulings at this time, what we do know is that they are still at war over another issue (Tele Atlas).

That will carry on in courts for a little while yet, so if they ever get round to making up (it’s not yet).
