Orange Customers Returning Sony Ericsson W910i

It has been reported that Orange customers have been having problems with the Sony Ericsson W910i. The phone has had some problems with even the basic functions.
Unhappy customers are now returning the phones to Orange, so the faulty one have to be replaced and a lot of them have been returned a few days later stating the same problems are reoccurring.
Customers have been looking forward to this phone coming out, so hopefully all the problems will be rectified soon, so they W910i Walkman phone can be enjoyed to the full!!
