Wireless Remote For Your iPod from Monster

The iSonicast will be available from Monster sometime late this year, this is a piece of equipment which will turns you iPod into a wireless remote control that streams music to the base station in your stereo. It works by using the 2.4GHz RF to transmit and at the moment you get up to a 30 ft range.

Monster’s Noel Lee tells us they might try to jack up the range, though the downside may be less battery life.

This has been done before through Bluetooth, but the sound quality wasn’t that great so here’s hoping that Monster can live up their reputation. To read more on this go to gizmodo
