The New Panasonic W7, T7 and Y7 Toughbooks

Panasonic have revealed their latest Toughbooks which will be making their way to the US very soon. In the official press release, Panasonic supplied some very impressive specifications for the Toughbooks.
All models will be packing WiFi, Bluetooth, 1GB of RAM, 80GB of storage and an optional HSDPA or EV-DO WWAN module. But, if you opt for the W7 (pictured) you’ll be buying probably the most portable laptop you could want. Weighing just three pounds, the W7 features a 12.1-inch screen, 1HHz U7500 Core 2 Duo processor, dual-layer burner, and a seven-hour battery life.
If you don’t mind a little extra weight, the slightly heavier 3.3 pound T7 rocks a 12.1-inch touch screen, 1GHz U7500 Core 2 Duo and a nine-hour battery life.
The heaviest from the new line is the 14.1-inch Y7 which weighs in at 3.7 pounds. The Y7 is home to a 1.6GHz L7600 Core 2 Duo. The Y7 will set you back $3500 and is available now.
If you’re after the W7 or T7, it’ll cost you $2100 and should ship in December.
