First Look: Zachary Quinto As Spock On Set of Star Trek

The first photos of Zachary Quinto (Heroes) as Spock in the upcoming JJ Abrams Star Trek have been posted online. The production is apparently shooting in a chapel which has been converted to look like a Vulcan Council chamber.

IESB has scored some telephoto video footage of the shoot and Quinto in action. I’ve got to say he looks spot on as Spock. He’s great in Heroes and I can only imagine what he’ll be like in the movie.

Last week it was reported that Winona Ryder was cast as Spock’s human mother, likely for a flashback sequence. Check out the photo below. What do you make of Zachary Quinto as Spock?
