Alienware Area-51 ALX CF desktop to use Intel 45nm Penryn processor
We know how fast the computer world moves and Alienware has just proved this by announcing that their Area-51 ALX CF desktops are to use the new Intel 45nm processor, just hours after Intel confirm that they are now shipping them. In the press release Alienware says that the Area-51 ALX CF is the first computers to use the new 45nm Penryn chip.

The Area-51 ALX CF is a desktop pc that is a league of its own as Alienware can supply them overclocked up to 4.0GHz; it also comes with a dual CrossFire ATI Radeon HD 3870 graphics card. But all this comes at a price, a massive $5499 is the starting price for the Alienware Area-51 ALX CF.
