Sascha Dikiciyan and Cris Velasco the top video game composers were enlisted to create the soundtrack for Beowulf the game which is based on the Paramount Pictures movie.
They created an original orchestral game soundtrack that had some challenges, in Manu Bachet’s own words (Music Supervisor at Ubisoft) “The biggest challenge we had for ‘Beowulf’s soundtrack was that the music not only had to support and enhance the game’s actions, but it also had to follow the evolution of ‘Beowulf’ universe; starting as a very heavy middle age Barbarian music and ending as a modern and powerful Hollywood score”.
The Beowulf soundtrack is one of most refined barbarian soundtracks and was recorded by top singers and players from the San Francisco area.
November 07 is seeing not only the movies release but also a worldwide release of the Beowulf game.
