Microsoft broaden refurbishing rules: used PCs get new Windows XP license

These used computers that will get a copy of Windows ZP will have to have a Certificate of Authenticity, from Microsoft. It seems as if Microsoft are now looking to make life just a little easier for companies who wish to supply used PC’s to consumers, informationweek.com do say that there is a list of requirements that they have to meet before you are welcome by MAR, this list is very rigid to say the least.
