J.D. Power survey awards T-Mobile and Verizon top honors
There are always awards being handed out through the year for customer satisfaction surveys, but the one that matters is J.D. Power’s wireless customer satisfaction surveys. There were two companies that shone at these awards, one as you would expect was T-Mobile while the other was Verizon who both took the top honors at the awards.

Verizon has in fact displaced T-Mobile who you used to be at the top, but Verizon has taken the top spot by just one point scoring 726 points which does show how good these two companies are. Even though T-Mobile still did well that will not be much of a comfort to T-Mobile who has won the award five years in a row. MobileBurn report that the other three companies that made up the rest of the top five was AT&T, Alltel, and Sprint Nextel.
