PMP with 3/5 MP camera from Shenzhen Carav Electronics

This little device is a PMP and a camera all rolled into one, we have seen this before, but this one is certainly worth a look.

The CMV9301 has 3 or 5 megapixel camera, 4x digital zoom, 3 inch 960 x 240 resolution display, support for an 1.8 inch hard drive, SD expansion slot, integrated flash, AV in/out, a built in speaker, and games.

Let’s not forget that it also has MP3, WMA, PCM, WAV, AVI, MOV, MP4 and ASF file formats and a rechargeable Li-ion battery which should hopefully give around 4 hours of video or 10 hours of music. There is no mention of price at the moment, go to engadget to read more.
