The video below shows you gameplay of the Epilogue mission in Call of Duty 4, although some gamers have moaned saying that the guy played it on the easiest setting there is.
So if you really want to get the best of CoD4 make sure you put it on Veteran, you will need to take cover and make every shot count (unlike in the video).
If your wondering where the Epilogue mission is, you have to finish the game and wait after the credits.

Cool I was playing the Epilogue mission on Regular, but I still found it well hard.
I had like 30 seconds left when I got to the end bit. *SPOILERS* When you have to shoot the terrorist to save the hostage.
