PocketSurfer 2 from DataWind’s is it coming to T-Mobile?

It looks as though MobilePlanet have been able to provide a bit more information on the PocketSurfer 2 from DataWind, there is also a pre-order price on it of $310.
The site also said that a T-Mobile data plan is required for it to function, there is free GPRS for a year in the UK (up to 20 hours per month). Customers in the US may have to drop $30 per month to get web browsing on this device.
