The guy at InformIT was watching the NBC series Bionic Woman and just happened to find a little gem in the way of a CIA agent using the Apple iPhone round the wrong way.
Now these guys at the CIA (well the TV series) are meant to know what they are doing Right. Obviously not on “Bionic Woman” as in the photos you can clearly see it’s round the wrong way.

“I cannot hear anything” well that’s normally what happens when your talking into the wrong end.

It’s also locked. The light would normally go out when held adjacent to the face, as the iPhone’s proximity sensor would turn off the screen.
I think they do it on purpose for the visual effect
Hmmm…. Bionics, instant tissue regeneration, and general violations of laws of physics I can believe. But the inability to use an iPhone really corrodes suspension of disbelief.
I can only assume that the CIA agents and villians are morons (probably expecting a Windows Mobile experience) but if Jamie had an iPhone she would not only hold it correctly, but would also answer the call with a suitably gentle caress.
