Video Showing The Vii Unboxed: Can Nintendo sue over Wii clone?

How do they get away with it, its just mad really mad that a new product called “The Vii” can be released which is blatantly a clone of the Nintendo Wii.

The video below shows the Vii being unboxed, but it does make me think “Can Nintendo sue over Wii clone?”

What do you think Nintendo will do about the Vii?

The video does not show what kind of graphics the Vii has compared to the Nintendo Wii, if anyone has that information please comment. The shows the remote on the Vii and the system which again looks just like the Wii.
