Does Brain Training Make A Difference?

That’s it, I’ve decided it’s about time I ‘trained my brain’. After hearing nothing but praise for the Nintendo DS Brain Training game I’m thinking about buying the DS so I can improve my brain age.

It is said that it can make a difference but I’m sceptical. Does Brain Training really make a significant difference?

Before I rush out to buy the Nintendo DS and game, I want to know if Brain Training really works – have you got the game? What do you make of it all?
