Cheryl, Nadine, Kimblerly, Nicola and Sarah aren’t leaving the house at the moment without looking glam, groomed and gorgeous. Could part of the reason be that a new reality TV show fivepiece are on the scene, snapping at their heels?
Hope have started wearing similar outfits and ditching their early penchant for tacky sideless tops in favour of sexier coloured corsets, just like Girls Aloud did.
A quick look into the two bands’ backgrounds reveal startling similarities between them.
Do Hope really have what it takes to knock the crowns off the reigning queens of the five piece girlband?
Girls Aloud haven’t always been as groomed as they are today. The band’s look was dressed down and urban to begin with, and the group liked nothing better than to show off their midriffs in crop tops. Their outfits went from street to stylish, and soon they were wearing their trademark corsets and pencil skirts.
Hope are catching up quick - and have ditched their shapeless flowery dresses for sexier, more figure-hugging gear.
Hope are trying their best, but they might not quite have what it takes to take over from the Girls quite yet.
There’s only one place in our hearts for a sexy, feisty, glamorous five piece and for the moment, Girls Aloud are filling those shoes. But for how long?

Ha! Hope are no where near as talented as Girls Aloud. I went to see GA earler this year and they sound amazing live - Hope on the other hand, don’t sound too great on the X Factor.
All of GA are gorgeous and always look stunning. Also, all five members look like they belong together whereas Hope look like 5 different singers bundled together to make money - oh I forgot that’s what they are!
they are called hope because thats what they need. they all look old and where more makeup than a clown.
Hope are incredible, and a million times better than girls aloud. If you just have bitchy things to say then why bother, you obviously havent a life, otherwise why would you read this?
Girls Aloud have nothing on Hope. And as for them looking old and wearing more makeup than clowns, have you seen how stunning they are? and ever noticed how much slap GA stick on? They have such potential. may i remind you that Girls Alound were stuck together as a girl group to make money. Dont knock them just because youre jealous and have nothing better to do.
