Throw a digital camera away for a cell phone cam: would you?

What do you think are camera phones becoming more popular then digital cameras?

I have just got a U600 mobile and it has 3.2 mega pixels which I think is quite good.

I have also got a very good Panasonic digital camera as well but I tend to use my phone more.

The question is with the mega pixels on phone cameras increasing all the time and the technology in them should we even bother with digital cameras.

I think that there will be a time soon where, amateur photographers will be able to just use phones cameras to take there pictures.
