Ratatouille Producer To Become Pixar Director

Brad Lewis, the Emmy winning visual effects producer and producer of Ratatouille is soon to become a Pixar director. Talking about his upcoming director project, Lewis said, “I’m going to direct my next film, but that hasn’t been announced yet so that isn’t something I can break for you today, but maybe Lasseter will talk about it.”

That’s all that Lewis would reveal about the new project and Toy Story director John Lasseter could only confirm the project saying,

“We haven’t announced the film yet, but he will be directing - yes!”

It’s not known whether this will be a short or a feature film. Pixar’s one film a year slate is fully booked until 2011 so either it’s a short or it’s in very early development!
