Shinoda Plasma to ship 142-inch Plasma Tube Array displays in 2008
Shinoda Plasma Corp has announced that they are to start shipping their new 142-inch Plasma Tube Array display by the second half of 2008. The display which measures 3 × 2m are made up by a number of smaller displays that measure 1 x 1 meter, so you will not get a seamless display.

The display has a contrast ratio of 10,000:1 with a screen resolution of 720p, the brightness is 1,000 nits. Over at Cheap TV they say that Shinoda Plasma Corp plan to produce about 200 of the Plasma Tube Array displays each year.
