The photo you see above isn’t a fan-made photo, nor is it something I whipped up on photoshop. It’s a Predalien from Aliens vs. Predator - Requiem. I’m not teasing you, it is actually an Alien and Predator hybrid!

Film directors Greg and Colin Strause have not only released this photo, they’ve promised that the sequel is ‘more like the classic early Alien and Predator movies we grew up on,”. They have also claimed they have cut back on the computer generated effects and have a collection of around 12 creature suits.

“You’re not going to see 50 digital creatures running around. We want to bring the franchise back to basics. That’s what made them so frightening in the first place.”

The boys certainly seem enthusiastic and I like that they’ve gone back to the costumed creatures. I felt the CG in the first film was way too much.
