Parents of missing girl Madeleine, Kate and Gerry McCann are said to be making plans for the next milestone in their life, which will be on Saturday when it will be six months since their six-year-old daughter went missing while on holiday in Portugal. Kate and Gerry have told Sky News that they plan to mark the day quietly by just holding a small service in their church in the village of Rothley in Leicestershire.
Gerry McCann has a blog and on the blog it says “We will be marking this milestone very quietly with an ecumenical prayer service for Madeleine and other missing children in the local Anglican church.” He also states that although they get so much pleasure from their other children Sean and Amelie, it is so much harder having fun without little Madeleine.
