Call of Duty 4: do I buy on Xbox 360 or Sony PS3?

After owning the Xbox 360 since its launch and my brothers 360 getting the red ring of death and then he brought the Sony PS3, I thought I would buy the PS3 as well just over a month ago.
I first got addicted to Warhawk and some other games on the PS3, but a week after Halo 3 came out I have found myself playing Halo 3 90% of the time now.
Now that Call of Duty 4 is coming I have to decide which games console to buy it on, the Xbox 360 or Sony PS3?
Both consoles are great in my eyes, but as I have been back on the 360 and love the chat features it makes me think.

Perry, you’ve played Halo 3 and Bioshock on your PS3?! lol..Wow! Please educate us on how you achieved such a feat. How do YOU feel about your system?

PS3 can install linux so you can potenially stream pc games from online. Bioshock is on PC and Halo 3 will be on PC so technically you can play these on your PS3. Its just such a hassle to do so.
just wait, just wait? this is all you here from ps3 boys and sony. but i heard that a year ago! this holiday season will put the 360 way over the top and the ps3 will falter! resistance is futile! why wait to play, just spend your hard earned money the smart way and buy the best system out there! the 360 is here and ready to rock, rrod? i have had one since launch and have no issues, and no lag on “live” all that sony can do is to COPY microsoft on this one because M$ destroyed sony this time around, and to all you idiots that believe the ps3 is a 10 year machine, technology is changing so fast, if you buy a pc today, in 1 year there is already a new version available! people are working at this moment on a processor that will blow away the cell in a few years(not 10) and it will probably be in the new xbox! so when the so-called xbox 720 releases, the ps3 if it isnt already gone will truly be devastated! as far as blu ray, the days of physical media are numbered, downloading hd media is so much better than buying or renting, so blu ray and hd dvd will fail. what of the ps3 then? do you actually think devs will say “oh its ok, we`ll just keep on making expensive games on blu ray disc for sony”? not. the 360 and the wii are going to be the ones duking it out this round. you sony boys keep betting on the ps3`s 10 year run, maybe in that time you will finally be able to play mgs4?

Perry, do me a favor and install Linux and stream/play Bioshock. I bet you you can’t. 360 has great graphics. Mass Effect is eye candy.

We don’t even know if the previewer was previewing builds at the same stage of development. Infinity Ward have said they are pretty identical, so I think PS3 boys expecting a better version will most likely be disappointed.
Sorry devise, I have worked as a military advisor to games and what you are hearing from IW is politcs. You can think two differet platforms will produce identical graphics and sound if you want. If you are willing to buy that, let me talk to you about a bridge I have for sale…
Don’t fall victim to the idea that everything will be exactly the same. IW has already tried to explain away the screens. If you watch the videos and played the beta then you know the 360 has some seriosuly ugly mipmapping with texture pop that doesn’t occur in the PS3 version.
lol…What is it about PS3 fans that make me distrust them so much?! I guess misery loves company. Keep the lies alive…that’s the only way you can hope people will “Jump In” and buy that system.
