Parents of missing Madeleine McCann release sketch of a man they believe abducted her
Gerry and Kate McCann, the parents of Madeleine McCann who has gone missing, have released a sketch of the man that they believe abducted their daughter. The image shows that the man is of European or Mediterranean appearance, and shows him walking away with a child in his arms although his face has been left blank.

Sky News reports that the sketch was drawn by an FBI-trained forensic artist who took all the information from Jane Tanner, an eyewitness who was with the group of friends who dined with Madeleine’s parents on the evening that she went missing.

Many of you may be thinking how come it has taken this long for the witness to come forward, Jane has said that she had spotted the man walking away from the area in a hurry but did not realize the relevance of it at the time. The man has greasy, straggly hair; he has beige chinos and was wearing a purple or maybe maroon top. He is thought to be between 35 to 40 and is 5 foot 6-inches tall with a slim build.

You’ve got to be kidding! Where’s the blanket? Tanner suddenly remembers all this detail - minus the face - six months after the event?
Her first description was considered so inconsistent that it was not taken seriously by the police.
Clarence Mitchell wants us to believe this came from an “independent” witness? Jane Tanner is a close friend of the McCanns.
You know, the McCanns may well be innocent of all but child neglect, but they should ditch the PR. In this case it’s more like Public Ruin than Public Relations.

I agree. This is ridiculous and they couldn’t have timed themselves any worse. They decide to go back to England right as they’re declared formal suspects and now their friends, after six months. finally steps forward and they magically believe her? This isn’t right. And two think those two still have those twins! The least that stupid government could do is put those parents on probation and send the babies to another family member.

Absolutely ridiculous. If this doesn’t smell fishy to them then the entire police force needs to think about choosing another career.
