Jackie Chan sings We Are Ready: 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics countdown song
Jackie Chan is more known for his martial arts skills and also being a movie star, many of us do not know that Jackie has recording several music albums in the past. The Hollywood actor has now been given the honor of singing the official countdown called “We Are Ready,” for the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics. While Chan was on a recent trip to Beijing he spent three hours in a studio recording the song.

We Are Ready is written by Peter Kam a Mandarin Chinese composer, and Jackie Chan said that he just loves the lyrics. Mainichi Daily News said that a second Chinese version has also been recorded, which has been sung by over 100 Chinese pop stars.
